Only a person blinded by ethnicity can use this kind of logic that a national of different country who has taken oath of allegiance of different country and living in exile on his own free will is fit to lead a party or nation.

Their leader is Pakistani by birth, for whatever reasons he is living in UK, but there are no such demands for handing over Pakistan to any country.
