12 September 1988, 6 Soveit Mig-23s flying inside Nawagai Border area with Pakistan.F-16A (serial 85728) piloted by Flt Lt Khalid Mahmood of No.14 squadron, shot down 2 Mig-23s MLDs. Both kills in a single sortie with AIM-9L & AIM-9P sidewinders flying at an altitude of 33,000ft

Any update on this?

US airforce is retire few squadrons of F-16s. Should Pakistan acquire them or is it too late?
