TTP has threatened KP government, wants to establish its rule in KP

You must be out of ur mind. What a dumb assertion. Mullahs cant win a seat in KPK and u think majority supports these baboons? U know who supports these baboons? The so called pak army. Majority of army supporting them have caused all this mess, if not, pashtuns themselves would have dealt with them. Wasnt it the pashtun ppl protesting when recently they were unleashed again? Yea u dnt know coz media totally blocked out those protests.
And guess why now they r rising up again? Because they r making sure there is anarchy and elections cant be held n guess who doesn't want elections... Wish ppl had some brains to think.

So you want to say that Pak army somehow is playing a massive double game where it is getting its officers and soldiers killed by TTP to impose same TTP on people where having dozens of guns in their homes is a norm and can easily fight back any proxy if they want to

Also since all this is being done to delay elections then why army troops were killed every other day in Waziristan in particular when Imran Khan was Prime minister and no elections were going to happen then

@villageidiot @Bleek Can you guys explain this logic to me???

Mazloom card by PTM somehow can stop the Pakistan Army? It shows they don’t actually wanna solve the problem.
That has worked, hasn't it? All this time, with all the "ye jo dehshatgardi he..." slogan and everything else, they only caught ali wazir for some reasons and that's it. Compare that with IK and PTI. You breath loud enough and get a sedition case on your a*s. Why would the neutrals feel some comfortable doing all that to arguably the largest party and most popular leader in Pakistan's history but not to Pashteen and his merry band of self-proclaimed afghans.

KPK police faces the brunt of the attacks though, and even KPK police protested after the suicide bombing in Peshawar.
KP isn't a monolith, is it? Just because most people and the police are against TTP, doesn't mean it's all of them. There's always ultra-nationalists, islamists, all sorts of nutjobs. Add to that the fact that a lot of people in FATA already have a history of trouble with any sort of authority beyond their own antiquated jirgas, and it doesn't seem that hard to understand.

Have no idea. There’s an imbalance between KPK and Afghanistan in terms of development so it would place strain but there would be 0 access to any port so idk how goods and stuff would be facilitated.
Very valid points. Idk if anyone has asked PTM about this little detail. I am sure KPK would become the "Punjab" of Afghanistan

The hardcore ones already consider most of KP gul marjans and what not. And with KP being much ahead in terms of development, it's the perfect punching bag.

Pass.

I was going to respond to him when I read that post but then I saw the username and I said, fk it.

Okay. What font is that and how do I use it in my posts?

All this time, with all the "ye jo dehshatgardi he..."

That was started by PMLN.

Why would the neutrals feel some comfortable doing all that to arguably the largest party and most popular leader in Pakistan's history but not to Pashteen and his merry band of self-proclaimed afghans.

Its the same reason why neutrals tolerate PPP holding Karachi hostage and tolerate Ishaq Dar. Its part of some weird games that they play.

How does PTI win elections in those areas compared to the religious and ethnic nationalist parties?

PML-N is a disgrace. They have no ideology - good or bad. Also, I am pretty sure they didn't raise that particular slogan. Their's was "vote ko izzat do" and all that crap. NS did become chums with PTM and achakzai, (main reason I voted for IK, to spite NS due to this).

Its the same reason why neutrals tolerate PPP holding Karachi hostage and tolerate Ishaq Dar. Its part of some weird games that they play.
Karachi is also allowed to be held hostage due to ethnic reasons.
They just tolerate Dar because they have to keep working with PDM against IK and PDM thinks (or at least used to think) that Dar is Adam Smith reborn. They've no love lost for Dar, by all accounts.
But, they do play their little games and they like to benefit as much from this weird arrangement as they can. With PTM, i don't see how that would work. As being "anti-establishment" is PTM's whole thing. Pashteen wouldn't be caught dead working for the army's interests.

We have the same issue in punjab. TLP barely gets any seats. But, I'd be an idiot if I said they aren't a huge pain in the ***.

Another example from sindh, I've heard that the sindhi Hurs used to say -- sir peer da, vote bhutto da.
(my head belongs to the peer, but my vote to bhutto. )
Meaning a hur would sacrifice his life/offer his head for peer pagara but his vote goes to bhutto.

I don't think so. I think it's a classic case of what's affecting many fellow youthiaz.

I’m not disagreeing with you at all but at the same time I do want to reiterate we have seen some weird s*** too like Arshad Sharif assasinated in Kenya, old people getting stripped naked and then having their videos shown to their children, complete crackdown on any dissent I.e black vigos etc etc.

At the same time I don’t think they are getting their own soldiers killed to avoid elections BUT security is definitely being USED as a factor to “prolong” elections. Some 4th dimension stuff at play here which is not easy to decipher, very similar to a fog of war.

Pashtun ethnonationalists love them, especially Islamist ones.

Nothing wrong with that. They should thank us for that. It was a Soviet invasion.

Violence is inherent to Pashtun culture, no radicalisation took place if that's what you want to imply. Let's not beat around the bush here. Pashtuns pride themselves in their violence and war fighting nature.

Read some of your own Pashtun poets.

What constitutes as racism, if I say some undesirable truths about certain ethnicities is that racism? If it has a basis in reality...?

Basis in whose reality?

Violence is inherent in the entire tribal cultures all throughout mountainous areas. Even if it is highly prevalent in those cultures - it befalls to a lack of education and exposure due to poor communication lines that basically limit the exposure. Kabul was more advanced than ANY Pakistani city and more progressive…that didn’t happen magically

Kabul was built on the backs of Persian Tajiks or Persianised Pashtuns (those who gave up their original culture). It was then destroyed by the full Pashtuns.

Pashtunwali is an antithesis for what you describe, in Waziristan the home of the purest cultural Pashtuns they oppose any serious infrastructural or education developments specifically because they don't want to leave the tribal lifestyle.

I remember I saw a clip of a Waziri guy with his friends when it joined KP initially and they were all mad asf complaining about the above, saying they want to give education to our women and make them too free and turn them into whores. Then he threatened to behead people... this sentiment is not a minority.

There is severe cultural primitiveness. They see all other ethnicities as enemies, at times even other tribes.

When you point out these cultural realities they will always larp about Pashtuns that have assimilated into regional Farsi culture or Punjabi culture and use that as a base. Or that one odd school that was shut down very quickly.

What makes TTP think that Pakistani Pashtuns will allow them, people and tribes across the border, to let them rule them? Maybe it worked in warziristan with force and threats because of the proximity to the border but naaaa
they'll be dead just like the afghan army in the 60s before the country is even properly alerted.

Pashtun ethno nationalism will of course

Pashtun ethno nationalism will of course

That's hogwash.
When you consider the number of population, and then consider their livelihoods, tribes and their love for the local land thats been in their family for generation.
That's just not impossible, even Pakistan, to these people, is to some extent tolerable because we're here, and were here and are of people that were around their lands for a looooong time.

Those foreigners aint got a chance.
