Iranian UAVs | News and Discussions

That’s manifestly incorrect. I’m incredulous you’d post this.
Ignore him, it's his habit to play devil's advocate.

Those "sailors" were in green camouflage, not the blue multicam navy personnel use. More than likely, they were making for an island in Iranian waters for a reece mission.

that ai is not exclusive to shahed 136 , they said they made a system called پرواز جمعی .
the system can be installed on all drones as we saw it previously on some other shahed variant. and the poster at the unveiling that showed it was using another drone

the drone uses an engine that provide nearly the same power as what is inside Shahed-129
but can carry a lot heavier payload , show the difference in the shape of the body and wings can provide how much more lift also probably there is some change in the material .

honestly after kaman-22 and Shahed-149 , i can't understand why they still pursue Fotros .
this easily can replace Shahed-129 in the role of MALE UAV and Shahed-149 can fill the role of HALE UAV
they can decide between Kaman-12, Ababil-5 and Mohajer-6 for the role of a tactical UAV.
there is no point producing all of them

the people who were saying iran drones weapon range is less than 4-5km can eat this .
but i have one beef with this drone. why instead of Army or IRGC Aviation it is designed by Air Force !?
they don't really need such drones , they need to concentrate on drones that can act as wing-man for their fighters. they could benefit far more from some modified karrar that can carry one MK-82 or two Fater , can data-link with the fighters and have enough speed and range to accompany them in their missions

We haven't really seen many fotros UAVs around. It could have been produced in small quantities and discontinued. But they still keep some around as it is still operational.

Does it?

The videos seen from MH6 look alot clearer than the S-129 videos from Syria, unless they've upgraded the optics to similar or better versions to the MH6.

I need to re-evaluate the technicals again.. I thought they were very similar in every way.
Because those videos aren't shown at their actual quality

A thought just came up.

From what we know, their is no upcoming IRGC UAV project is that correct?

I don't recall anything announced that is being worked on by the IRGC after Shahed-149 "Gaza" UAV?

Gotta do a lot better than that for me to remove my post. A LOT better.
The UI is literally what we've seen 100 times from Russian recon UAVs for one.

This guy is very hit or miss with his information, and he also claimed Salman Rushdi died yesterday which he didn't
