Pakistan introduces technology to build two-storey houses in a short span of 7 days

An engineer from Islamabad has introduced an amazing technology in the construction sector in Pakistan, which can be used to build a complete two-storey house in three and a half marlas in a short period of only 7 days, which is also the cost of other houses. Very cheap in comparison.
According to news sources, a very durable two-storey house can be built in three and a half marlas using Korean technology. This house made of Korean technology has all the necessities of life. Surprisingly, That is, the price of this entire decorative house has been kept at only Rs. 28 lakhs.

The three-and-a-half-storey house takes just seven days to build, with two spacious bedrooms, spacious kitchens, two washrooms and a storeroom on each floor, the engineer claimed. Proof and has a 50 year warranty.
Regarding the construction of the house, the engineer said that this house is energy efficient, it has pure polyethylene, which provides three times better insulation than a normal house.
The engineer further said that we want to have plants here according to our technology and with the help of one plant we can build 18,000 houses on an annual basis, we do this in every major city of Pakistan. Want to plant
"We plan to build 50,000 houses in the first phase of construction of such houses," the engineer said, referring to his masterpiece. "If the government of Pakistan helps us, we can not only provide affordable housing but also It can also provide employment to millions of people

A renowned Korean company G-Songuo, in association with Naya Pakistan Housing Development Authority has completed the construction of state of the art modular model house. He said the government would provide all out facilities to the builders and other stakeholders to materialize the dream of Prime Minister for provision of accommodation to the poor and middle classes at affordable rate. Briefing the Chairman, the company representative said that the fully furnished two bedrooms house was constructed within seven days. He said G-Songuo's composite insulation wall used in the construction, is 43 times better than traditional brick wall thus making the house more comfortable with significantly reduced utility bills. He said these houses are also earthquake and fire resistant. The representative said G-Songuo could construct one to four story houses and apartment buildings. He said G-Songuo is keen to start its operation in Pakistan and is also interested to bring its production and technology customization. The representative of G-Songuo said this would not only fetch foreign investment with transfer of a state of the art technology but also help create job opportunities in high-tech construction and allied sectors.
The Korean company representative said that G-Songuo is highly interested to facilitate PM Imran Khan's vision for 5 million housing by building 18,000 houses and apartments per year with a single production facility. He said the production numbers could be increased with further production facilities. Later, the Chairman inspected the House. Deputy Chairman NAPHDA Major General Retired Amir Aslam Khan and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.

With a rapidly growing population in Pakistan we need buildings not houses. Otherwise more and more valuable farming areas will vanish.
Bigger buildings have own issues & not all the land is farmable.
These houses are cheaper and easier to setup and if they are sturdy enough.
Should be built in areas which are non agricultural zone and could be offered to government employees for no extra for working lets say 20 to 25 years.
That will help state and younger employees.
And if they add solar panels on top and connect these to grid it will increase Pakistans energy's capacity as well.

Been researching about it can be done locally why Koreans?

maybe they are going to invest and they have the technical expertise behind it too. would you trust the raj mistry or Koreans who have got the necessary certifications and skills for it?
Bahi we have human capital for this in country tbh they are not complicated

In such case, you will have a huge water supply issues to those cities which are built over water deprived desert land or semi arid land. As each house will have lawn, car wash and house water consumption will require more money to be spend. We have example of Australian cities

as someone who resides in Britain. are there any jahil raj mistry in Britain? you have to learn the skills and show competence, then you go and work in the field. the traditional raj mistry has no clue about such buildings and that is due to lack of education and knowledge.

this can be the step in the direction to bring about the change in the raj mistry and their outdated and very very wasteful building techniques.

Bahi I am not saying get Raj Mistry to do it but there are engineers capable enough to do it..

Bro this is a construction job and you need people in construction. using engineers to make houses is a waste of their talent. Need to update raj mistry and make them into builders like we have in the UK. engineers will at most do other non construction work.

Bahi these are modular houses 🤦‍♂️ Not our typical eint or cement wale houses...

The biggest problem with Pakistan is they have enough natural resources but they don't use it, unlike other major countries which are limited or too dependent on few resources.
Modern systems are well equipped to handle these kinds of problems,
Currently, most of Pakistan is centered around few cities which itself is causing issues, You need a redistribution of human resources to lands that are barren as these can be used for Industrials places and e.g Balochistan or those plants which can grow in that kind of habitat. With this it will push the local ( including private sector ) and national system to develop these areas it will also develop smaller regional cities

Bro, maaf kar deo. 👏
Bro isme annoyed hone wali koi baat nai he.. Its simply not what you think it is... modular houses are made in factories transported and assembled at the area of construction... yeh kaam engineers wala he Raj Mistri wala nai...

Watch this video youll get what I am saying...
