To be self-sufficient you cannot provide enough funds to security and armed forces. This is absolutely peanuts.

Dear, The data is of Last Year (2019-20) and Accumulative of Provinces+Federal (Which was 947 Billion PKR) as I did mention the reason. This Year's Provincial Budget Yet to be announced. Furthermore, I have collected the data from different Govt. Data sources plus newspapers of last year regarding this news (Dawn, ARY, The News etc.)

How can education budget be 1000 Arab even if you take Accumulative figures of federal and provinces?
I think you’re mistaken of 000’s or you have double added the figures, coz in 2019-20 Higher education budget was cut down by 20%. How much is defense budget if you take accumulative figure of pensions and special funds?

Bro. Here is the breakup, note that Primary, Secondary, Elementary Schools/Colleges, Teachers Pay, Pensions, Repair & Maintenance of Buidling alongwith New School, College Buildings are also part of Provincial & Federal Budget. HEC is one domain of Education Sector (though counted & dealt by federal govt.).
Dear, Only Punjab allocated Rs. 383 Billion for Edu. Last year. Followed by Sindh, KP, Balochistan, Federal, HEC.
The total figure was @ Rs. 947 Billion (Arab PKR).
