Never said that, the transform itself cost you much more than a few tanks, ships, but when it is done, you could see boast in capability even with the same equipment in hand.

the US increases military spending, reforms the structure, strengthens the military alliance NATO (adding more members), strengthening the alliance with Japan, Korea, Australia, etc, plus strengthening the military relationship to other nations Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.

China? You do reform, acquire more weapons. Alliance? Zero!
