ICJ rejects India’s plea for acquittal, repatriation of Kulbhushan - Updates, News & Discussion

behind "strategic allies" ...trust me....

once the afghan peace process is done.... it will be pay back :)

Strategic allies!! You mean the sacrificial lamb against China and Pakistan. Tomorrow it could be Russia. Russia is on alert too regarding your sacrificial lamb.

Pay back!! The SuperPower which couldn't deal with Afghan's rag tag Taliban, going to pay back!!
I think you should ask Ghani and Karazai the trillions of dollars pay back. :usflag:

Thats quite a hideous thought, you know Modi and all that scum but may be if they send the good stuff over, lol.
Deepika or Katrina? :partay:

And ICJ has agreed that Kalbhushan can stay in Pakistan and can even execute him if it wants to

Thank you ICJ. You are far better than Lahore high court
Kalbu might have had a better chance if his appeal went to LHC :partay::partay:

And? What’s that going to do...
Again, our aim is not to save Jadhav, it’s to prove the sham that is Pakistan judicial process and it’s claims of terrorism against India.

All this while, you had a trial with zero evidence made public, trial in military court with no able representation for KJ.
Now you have to show the world the evidence and then hang him.
But this time around, we will have full right to retaliate through our media, including having KJ say publicly that he was kidnapped, tortured and coerced into a confession.

Then you can hang him...once we have our narrative spread across the media.
And who will believe your narrative? You devalued your narrative in the never-ending post-balakot circus. 1 billion Indians will accept your narrative while the rest of the world will be sceptical.

You still here mate??

After "massive victory" at ICJ, Commander Jadav is coming back on his way to India

Go welcome him at the airport

Errr.....

Oh wait
Sure
Anyways air traffic is open now
Probably this is the reason why pakistan opened......

ICJ put fate of KBY in pakistani hands

Like his fate was always in pakistani hands. But now we have seal from ICJ on it too.

Thanks Harish. You worked well.

For us
KJ may or may not get hanged.

He is probably a spy, if he is he knows his fate. This is not only about KJ, it's about squashing your narrative of India sponsored terrorism.:)

Harish did what he's supposed to do, get a favorable judgement. Acquittal is a stretch, which he already clarified before.

Ponka dear?

You still don't get it, lol.

Following is the BBC HEADLINE

BBC
Kulbhushan Jadhav: Pakistan told to review 'India spy' case

The rulings of the ICJ are binding but it has no power to enforce them.

Now all India has to do is be a good boy, get on its knees and beg Pakistan for a review.
So nice....
But unfortunately I have to burst your bubble....
People above the establishment will behave in a mature way than you....
If they dont, just gear up for another diplomatic bout

The nation who can claim victory after losing undeniably one fighter jet at the hands of PAF and undeniably shooting down own helicopter without any undeniable damage to Pakistan can claim victory on anything.
Let them live in their stinky lala land and move on.
KJ will be hanged early morning someday.

I have to give it to the pakistani propaganda machine tho......the indians will have to learn from them ....
the pakistanis clearly have an edge when it comes to information warfare
In their safe spaces... Sure, PDF is one such. Outside that it's sad story.

Can't say much about Indian judges but most of the time, Judge's code is to remain unbiased & impartial hence, voted for counselor access under Vienna Convention Article. But none voted in favour for India that KJ is innocent, acquitted & be returned with safe passage and that includes majority or all judges.

Unless, it is about trolling.
Same goes the round way to Pakistan....
But clearly icj has mentioned that Pakistan violated Vienna convention.... ( Which is not applicable to a spy )

What's your take ???

You actually tried to fool your nation to keep them happy with another fake victory. Just like what you did in the last week of February

And since that was the goal from beginning. I admit. Harish did a good job

Other than that. We are fine with this decision. Thanks to you and Harish, ICJ stands firmly with Pakistan.
