Believe me the border management costs billions of dollars and still not give 100% protection .... if the fences are dumb then they provide very less restrictions to the intruders

These things have a range and the mountainous border management are very very cost extensive as it includes the laser and the AI .... if intruders are determined to move then the snipers , mortars are easily monitored and you cant put drone round the clock and its not possible for drone to distinguish between normal person and intruder

They can engage the startups in Pakistan to give the border management solutions.... initially may not be top notch but will give a boost to local startups and newly passout engineers will get venues to show their capabilities..... these fences are prone to rust and the snow will damage them so the forces have to spend a lot of efforts in maintaining them
