glass made home are not suitable for hot regions as during summers rooms are overly heated due to glass

The glass houses are definitely not good for a hot climate country. It's absolutely roasting in there. I've seen some houses which are brick cement ones but the top floor is glass made. That looked nice but he did say it's gets too hot when it's summer so they don't use it

Yes I think So. That is why I am planning something unique. However drawing room should have atleast two side glasses. I may manage rest by tree shadow or curtain.

When you want glass walls and privacy at the same time, then there is a good desi idea - the bamboo curtain. Cost effective and aesthetically nice.

It shouldn't cost too much for this type of house. Not including the land or permits, tax etc.

Planning to build a house next year. On the beautiful mountains of Kashmir. I have no idea how many marla's this land is. Planning to see it next year.
