Before I delete this, I have one question for Indians, and especially RobbieS - will Indian posters stop referring to Pakistan supporting terrorism and being a terrorist State?

Because if the answer is no, why on earth should I treat this comment any differently and delete it?

How about I ask you some questions? Are you an impartial Mod or do you believe in tit for tat posts? When a Pakistani member reports a flaming post by an Indian member do you ask for a guarantee from that Pakistani member? If the answer is anything else than a no, dont bother replying and let all of HitnRun's posts stand.

who you are calling all this ? its you who actually mentally low and you are the one who is damage to indian public ....

i didnt said any thing about falling soldiers and i just highlighting what your soldiers are doing in Kashmir ..... you need to raise voice to help innocent people thats not trolling ..... go and get yourself a life....

:pakistan:

i think any independent reader with an ounce of brain can tell who is derailing and who is mentally low.

there are plenty of threads here about Kashmir. U can raise your voice there. its evident that bringing Kashmir here was just your tactic of diverting the topic and showing hate. so yes, it is trolling.

read your posts again. calling indian missions abroad as terrorist missions is insulting those who fight and die for that mission. seriously man, i pity you. an existence lived in such blind hate shows a crippling sense of inferiority, which is often passed off as arrogance, according to psychology. Symptoms include hate-spewing, disrespect and lack of logic.

dont worry, a good psychiatrist can help you. :D

But Indians don't limit their comments about Pakistan and terrorism to one thread either.

My point is that people need to come to an agreement on both sides - don't bash Pakistan and then report posts when a Pakistani does the same to India.

For the sake of common sense, AM - Its not about calling India or Pakistan a terrorist nation. Its about taking things out of context. If the thread was about an Indian mission being attacked in Afghanistan, it would have been still understandable to accuse India of supporting terrorists. But do you think someone can say that about Indian missions in Congo?

Whatever I am going to say now I am speaking for both Indians and Pakistanis. We contribute so much to UN, lose our soldiers and still for everything in UN, we have to listen, agree and cooperate despite being 2 of the largest contributors of forces to their missions.

This when both our countries are on fire either by natural calamities or ridden by terrorists. We should first douse the fire that's burning in our own houses before we contribute to other places. Taliban are attacking Pakistan and scores of Pakistanis have died.

Kashmiri and Communist terrorists have attacked Indians and scores have lost their lives. Then why do we not first call off these soldiers, assign them to exterminate our troubles and then after our own problems are solved, move on to contributing other countries?

RIP to the Indian UN soldiers. The loss is very sad when your countrymen fall to the hands of dogs far from home. We also have taken heavy casualties in Africa. Sadly we didn't learn our lesson and bring our troops home from these UN gora walla ummah missions.

I think we both should call our forces back, solve internal mess first with them and then consider sending 'em out.

I also think you should be ashamed of yourself if you think UN peacekeepers are terrorists, doesn't matter which country. These poor guys can't even fire back if fired upon in many cases. Their weapons are for show. If these guys were tossing back rounds, 50 hayeenas with spears would not have murdered them in close range. You can theoretically drop all of them without finishing your magazine if there were around a dozen or more UN troops. But their mandates are outdated and ultra-defensive.

100% with you on that. All of ours should be called back to assist in the flood. I don't know how many Indians are in UN but must be a whole lot.

INDIA AND UNITED NATIONS

India stands solidly committed to assist the UN in the maintenance of international peace and security. We have a proud history of UN peacekeeping dating back to its inception in the 1950s. We have contributed nearly 100,000 troops, and participated in more than 40 missions. India has also provided and continues to provide eminent Force Commanders for UN Missions. We salute the 118 Indian peacekeepers, as well as those from other countries, who have made the supreme sacrifice and laid down their lives while serving in UN missions. India has considerable experience in demining activities and has made significant contributions to the de-mining work in various peacekeeping missions. India has also provided opportunities for training to military officers from different countries. The United Services Institute of India has also earned a name for itself in the area of thematic training for personnel of peacekeeping operations.

India feels that the international community must grasp the rapid changes that are underway in the nature and role of contemporary peacekeeping operations. The Security Council’s mandates to UN peacekeeping operations are too broad and have very little correlation with the ability of the organization to deliver. The Security Council should invite non-Council members to participate in the decisions of the Security Council concerning the employment of contingents of that Member’s armed forces. This means that troops contributing countries should be fully involved at all stages and in all aspects of mission planning. Secondly, Field Support needs far greater attention. It is our view, based on the experience of supporting the large contingents that we currently have under deployment, that the Department of Field Support needs far greater internal coordination and client-orientation. It has also been our view that the Department of Field Support needs to function as a military support operation with a lean command structure. We feel that there is a need for far greater engagement of Member States on functioning of the DFS. Finally, India is forward looking in terms of the approach towards management of troops in the different areas of operation. India fully supports implementation of a policy of zero tolerance with regard to conduct and discipline of troops including, sexual exploitation and abuse. UN peacekeeping arrangements must be in accordance with UN Chapter VIII. The real challenge before the UN is to strengthen peacekeeping without regionalizing it. India favours the induction of more female peacekeepers and encourages DPKO to be more proactive in this process.

India’s unique combination of being the largest democracy in the world with a strong tradition of respect for rule of law and the successful experience in post-colonial nation-state building makes it particularly relevant in the context of twenty-first century peacebuilding. India believes that there are two levels of intervention in support of a peace process-intervention at the national and local levels-and that both processes must move in lockstep. While doing so, there is an imperative need to ensure that the supporting external interventions focus on delivering a peace dividend, expanding national capacity and ensuring the expansion of basic economic capacity so that surplus labour—especially the youth—can be gainfully employed. Further, India believes that coordination and consultation within the UN (the important strands of relationships among the Peacebuilding Commission, the Security Council, the General Assembly and the ECOSOC), between the UN and the international financial institutions, especially the World Bank, must also be expanded.

RIP to the brave hearts.

Our people's are doing highest sacrifice for the peace let's not forget them.

I am surprised Indians have not gone into their typical Gungo-Talk-Mode yet.Perhaps its time for India to declare war against Congo....

we don't suffer from 'warophilia' like certain people. when have there been threads about India declaring war on any nation, except maybe pakistan?

on the other hand, there have been plenty of threads about certain countries wishing to wage war against India, USA and Israel or going to war on behalf of others. And of course talk about arming banned terrorist groups.

These soldiers died in a foreign land on a noble mission. Show some respect. Pakistani soldiers also serve in the UN. Would u tolerate your kind of reply to a post which brings news of Pakistani soldiers being martyred? Think about that before spewing hate.

It seems even a bit of humanity is too much to ask sometimes
