The USN is set to receive the last of the 280 MH-60R variants in the programme of record this June and then another eight of the helicopters in 2019 – additions to the 2018 budget. The Saudi Royal Navy is to receive 10 MH-60Rs in July.

*They were supposed to be 14 according to deal signed with Trump in Saudi Arabia.. so there are 4 more to be delivered..
 
Saudis need stop this crazy shopping spree. For billions of dollar they should establish a defence industry infrastructure.
 
KSA is already working on a program Crown Prince Mohammed plans to have half of Saudi procurement done locally by 2030. Saudi Arabia has a budget of 210 billion riyals ($56 billion) for military spending in 2018, the biggest budget item. Raytheon Co. is among the firms set to help build the domestic industry, and estimates it will earn $7 billion of revenue from localization of Saudi defense projects over five to seven years.

keeping in view the situation at Yemen border the order of helicopters were imminent, they cannot wait to have a locally built helicopter since the situation demands them now...
