A Perfect Cure for Diabetes

A Perfect Cure for Diabetes
The key is removing visceral fat from the liver and more crucially the pancreas, once this is achieved Type 2 diabetes disappears completely, to achieve complete reversal a type 2 diabetic has to reduce his/her bodyweight by upto 15% by significantly restricting their calories for upto 8-12 weeks BTW this works as long as you have had the disease for even upto 10 years, the pioneer of this research (Twin cycle hypotheses) is Prof Roy Taylor from Newcastle university, one of the worlds leading experts on the condition.

Well another techique is to completely cut out all forms of animal fats which includes meat for a period of 6 months and go on a strict vegetarian diet which will be primarily on raw or boiled vegetables. Combined with light to moderate exercises should return levels back to normal; one theory prevailing is that for type 2 diabetes, it is the fatty deposits which are blocking the intake of insulin for metabolism; by removing these deposits, if T2 diabetes is at an early stage, there is a good chance to reverse it.

As soon as the excess fat from the liver is removed, insulin sensitivity improves but the key is for the pancreas to start functioning normally , this only occurs when about about 1g of fat from pancreas is removed, once this is achieved metabolism is restored to normal and the disease completely vanishes, you can eat anything you like as long as you can maintain a steady weight ie 10-15% lower than the weight when the diabetes initially occurred for if you start to gain the weight then once again the conditions which made you get the disease will reapper ie pre-diabetes then full blown type 2 diabetes, BTW this reversal can work for folks who have had the condition for upto 10 years though it works almost 100% for anyone who has had the condition for 5 years and less,,,,, see the research conducted by Roy Taylor.Kudos

IMHO, it is a combination...you need medicine, diet control, exercise and also get a stress life.
The diet control should focus both on the quality / type and the quantity. Type of the food plays more significant role.

intermittent fasting!

Exactly, the only real option is to lose weight. So you can get rid of the visceral fat around your organs.

And the best ways to improve insulin sensitivity are a keto diet, intermittent fasting and resistance exercise.

Best solution is to just stop eating all those jalabees and mityahi...... looking at you punjabis :azn:

How !!! Could you explain please .
Fats play a significant role in diabetes type II. However not all fats are bad. In fact good quality fats Omega 3 (unsaturated fats) are really good for cardiovascular function and protect against stroke. These fats are found in abundance in fatty fish like Salmon, Trout, Mackerel, Sardines, Herring, Mahasher, Dhumbra, etc ... so consuming these more helps protect against Diabetes. Reduce other types of fats like vegetable shortenings, butter, oil etc however Olive oil is good. Eat more green leafy vegetables, Kale (it is very commonly found herb in Pakistan especially Margalla), Spinach (Saag, Palak), and all other other vegetables.. avoid consuming meat a lot.

One of the biggest debates I have had with people is about fats. You cannot survive without fats, The right type of healthy fats not the bad fats. unfortunately the media has made all fats out to be the demons when the real culprit is sugar and chain of polymerised sugars that are known as carbohydrates.

Fasting is without doubt in the modern day of age becoming a necessity, people's health is going out of control and there is ample people doing research on the benefit of fasting for many ailments.

High intensity interval training is great for reducing insulin resistance in muscles.Kudos

It is best to avoid calorie dense foods and indeed foods that are highly glycemic.Kudos

Indeed healthy fats Omega 3 counteract cortisol which increases inflammation and insulin resistance.Kudos bhai

It's fats like hydrogenated fats that are the main culprit yet healthy fats you find in Salmon or coconut oil are wonderful nutrition.Kudos
