Worst ICC Cricket Worldcup 2019 in England?

How do the rules cater to the big 3 if both teams knew the rules in advance? Would you be saying the same if NZ had scored a few more boundaries and won?

You seriously think that the final was fixed??

That is right Kane Williamson - it is part of the game.

So what choice NZ have in this matter? Does NZ call the shots in ICC? Can NZ get the decision of awarding world cup to England reversed?

ICC can get away with anything in the world of cricket. England was the 'chosen side' for this WCC - anybody who was paying close attention to commentary and setting, realized as much. Of-course, bookies already knew.

Even I mentioned NZ and England in the thread about who will win this WCC. Go through it. Wait, let me help you: https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/who-will-win-the-cricket-world-cup-poll.619222/page-10

Rules are for the donkeys.

As the articles you cite acknowledge, the rules are unclear and open to interpretation. It's a massive leap to arrive at match fixing.
So you made a prediction that NZ and England would reach the final? Nice one, but again, that's not proof of match fixing.
If the ICC is corrupt as you say, surely they would want India to reach the final so that they would earn more money?
Please stop seeing conspiracies every where, it's persistent on this forum and a tad embarrassing.

Except a few games The Final match, India vs NZ Semifinal, Pak vs NZ, Pak vs Afghanistan, Bangladesh vs WI and WI vs NZ matches, all were honestly boring, engineered matches, completely rain washed out about 7 matches, very poor umpiring, law n order situation, anti-slogans, limited TV viewing rights and very poor facilities, clearly nobody think this was a successful Worldcup by any standards. It needs to be improved massively, so many controversies and bias was seen...just pathetic.

Incompetent ICC was very poor all-round...they cannot brush side negative bias things on the cricket game, very confusing rules and complicated laws.

It is clear case of cheating.first rewarding 6 runs to Stokes rather than 5,second is the disgusting rule of more boundaries which will win you a game.new Zealand was clearly the winners.it was embarrassing for Morgan to lift trophy.he should have shared this trophy with Williamson.morgan wasn't man enough to accept defeat.all in all, full cheating,English crowd, what else do you need? Terrible and pathetic.

I am not into conspiracy theories but I am not blind either. I normally give benefit of doubt to any development and I completely believe in the possibility of upset in a game. However, there is a limit to taking BS at face value.

Do you expect ICC to come clean on this matter and issue an apology to the world?

Either you get it OR you do no get it.

Food for thought:-

WCC 2011 in India = India
WCC 2015 in Australia = Australia
WCC 2019 in England = England

Do you not see a pattern here? MONEY talks, and the BIG 3 are the largest donors to ICC.

How much benefit of doubt you are willing to give? This match is tainted with controversial developments - both Umpires and M. Guptil are prominent in them.

Several days ago, Indians broke the news that NZ captain Kane Williamson is in spotlight (trouble) but this news soon disappeared. His statements carry subtle hints.

Now, I am not trying to downplay England team - it is very good side and can deliver in tough situations. However, England needed more than its skills to lift the World Cup.
