World defense expenditure 2012 (SIPRI)

I just checked Wiki and found out that the current defense spending is around 49 billion USD (SIPRI data).

Has someone got the official numbers published by the GoI/MoD of the defense expenditure?
I cant remember to have read this number during last years budget session.

I remember it being announced as 46 billion , not sure though .
