What the new government will do about Pakistani nuclear arsenal?
It does need an upgrade, specially in response to steadily improving Indian ABM capabilities.
Ababeel MIRV needs a new engine. Currently it is using the same engines as Shaheen-3 uses, making it slow to rise and vulnerable to enemy ABM capabilities.
Warheads need to be improved in design, to reduce size and weight while keeping or improving the blast yield.
Above all we do need to be brave enough to test our missiles as necessary. India does it all the time, we are too scared to do so.

I think that happens all the time. Pakistan's nuclear arsenals are under continuous up-gradation and improvement all the times. I am sure this would continue. I think thats one reason Pakistan's nukes and missile program is one of the best in among all the developing countries.

Ma man. Lets hope PTI does that and is not refuse to increase the range of our missiles. That self imposed ban on ICBM needs go down the toilet drain.

Our missile range should definitely be increased in this geopolitical world

Education and health are biggest weapons than nukes if you achieve good education and health you get great bew brains scientists engineers docs

Who can make new researches weapos etc

If you look growth if china usa EU it cane by education

right now, economy should be pakistan's main goal... not nukes... and that's what imran khan's intentions are
Yes economy is priority but human developnent in terms of education health are on priority cut tge funds for useless projects

What upgrades on the nuclear weapons are required which required the spending of funds?
How many Ababeel's are operations and how does the use of the Shaheen engine make them "slow"?
What is the frequency of Indian tests versus ours? What tests have we carried out recorded that you are using as a metric to give this?

Who is the target of the ICBM? Which country has threatened us with nuclear weapons who are far away for which we need a ICBM? Please give an actual report.

Our nukes are constantly in a process of being upgraded

They have their own separate budget

Weight?
Ababeel engines are made to carry one warhead not three?
Was that a real question?

Oscar, you once opened the thread about how Pakistan is building an SSBN and/or submarine-launched nuclear ballistic missile. Do you still stand by it?

No...he is a one of the most confusing people on PDF..in my 8 years on the forum i could rarely understand him.
If you have any luck in understanding his point of view, translate it for me.

Plans could be put on hold. The main focus of development is target; in our case ours is solely India.
We need to ensure that all of the targets(of which are plenty compared to ours) we have in India including civilian & military are capable of being hit by a nuclear weapon; so far we have enough weapons and capabilities to do that. Until that changes, there is no need to fast track programs which arent needed such as the sodium reactor
On the other hand, a nuclear based deterrent along the lines of the Israeli capability is active.

Yes it was, what is the ISP of the engines at surface or when it’s finally gone airborne? Has the ISP been left the same?
Moreover, what is the weight of each warhead?
You made all these assumptions irrelevant in speed?
Yet in your need to justify a spending in the black hole that is spd you are suggesting that there is a lack of capability that needs to be addressed immediately without actually knowing where the capabilities lie.
