There is nothing that anyone can sell Vietnam that would make a difference. If shooting starts, Vietnam's going to get stomped harder than Iraq did in the Gulf War.

They have no capability in networked informationized warfare. No AWACs and their Russian systems can't talk to their western systems because of no compatible datalink.
