The irony is if Argentina hadn't invaded in 1982 we might eventually have handed it over because nobody cared about them. But now that we do care it's impossible.

Because they are basically British ex-pats! There are no Falklands natives, just those who were put on the island by the British. Of course they want to be British but that changes nothing.

Although they actually don't consume too much of our budget (relative to the entire budget) let's get rid of the buggers parasites (the "Royals")!

Send the Royals(P.S. You would be very surprised at all of the money the royals in reality cream from not just all of the Commonwealth Countries but also from the US, but that's another story ) there before handing them back. They will have plenty Nazi relatives there who fled to that region after the War. And as for "drug addict" part. Would that include everyone who gets any medicine at all from the legal drug dealers, Big Pharma, most of which deliberately only makes us sicker to need other medications?

back then it was about projection of power and it was handed over to the Iron lady.
you make claim to a land by settling in there. I don't see much about British willingness to hand it over otherwise Argentinians wont have sent their forces to seize the Islands.
now its about the settlers, the prestige and some good old sea borne oil rigs.

my issue is from the bankers who have stolen billions, given billions from the taxpayer money, wasted it and will get away with it once again because they are "too big" to fail

I know a little bit about how corrupt the Royals are and how much they are abusing their power to make BIG bucks, you are clearly more informed on the subject than I. And yes, big pharma is milking us (the West) dry it is much more apparent in the US but this culture has creeped into the NHS now in a big way and is here to stay.

The NHS is being slowly privatised slowly but surely and we are sleepwalking into a privatised NHS whilst the politician and media are too busy talking about issues that have a negligible effect on our economy such as immigration.

A myth that the pro-royal camp like to propagate. Two points:

1) The amount the exchequer loses each year by the Royals not paying tax on earnings they make is MASSIVE.
2) Having the Royals in the UK doesn't bring in any tourists (or if they do they are negligible) it is the palaces/castles tourists come to see and these would generate money without any Royals inhabiting them, arguably more. The most visited Royal/palatial/monarch habitation in the world is not Buckingham palace but the Palace of Versaille (obviously France has no royal family).
