can we have those ? or Russia do not offer these to Pakistan ?

From what I have "heard," there is nothing the Russians will not sell to Pakistan.
they put Pakistan in category B from D in arm export list still not fully able to get all the goodies :(

They are offering their best fighter to PAF then why do you think that they will not offer S-400 to PAKISTAN, give me the resons behind that.

It says it can simultaneously engage 300 targets but can guide at most 72 missiles simultaneously

some thing seems wrong.

S-400 is mainly to be used against Ballistic missiles. HQ-9 costs less than $100 million per system and it has a range of 200 KM.
The HQ-9 is supported by the HT-233 phased array engagement radar, like the H-200 modelled on the MPQ-53 and 30N6E designs, carried on a Taian TAS5501 series 10 x 10 high mobility vehicle, common to the HQ-9 TEL and similar in design to the S-400's BAZ-6900 series vehicle. Chinese sources claim C-band operation with 300 MHz receiver/antenna bandwidth, detection and tracking range of 150/100 km, and monopulse angle tracking to resist jamming. The design bears considerable similarity to the 30N6E series, especially in the antenna design.
and s400 range is 400km

Well, its maximum target range is 200 km. Depends upon the missile you are using. Also, it is believed to be the Chinese version of S-300.

The 400 KM range missile is not available for export. It is only for Russia.

Wiki says it uses AESA radars, the export version offered to Turkey FD-2000 doesn't have it.

India, Russia Sign S-400 Air Defense System Agreement

Russia and India have signed an agreement for the supply of five S-400 air defense systems.

"We've signed that agreement,” Indian Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar told reporters Wednesday.

When asked about the time line regarding the first deliveries, Parrikar said, "It's hard to say, but as soon as possible."

In December 2015, the Indian Defense Acquisition Council had cleared the purchase of five S-400 missile systems for an approximate $6 billion.

S-400 is an anti-aircraft system and comes with a mobile launcher and a threat detection radar/command center. The deal also included purchase of about 6,000 missiles from Russia.

India’s Reliance Defense in December last year had announced entering a manufacturing and maintenance partnership with Russian Almaz-Antey, manufacturer of the S-400 air defense missile system.

The agreement will focus on radars and automated control systems as areas of partnership for the air defense missile systems, S-400 as well as offset policies of the Indian Ministry of Defense, Reliance had said in a statement...............See more
