Is this the start of target killings yet again? Back in the 1990s all leadership of Sunni Tehreek were assassinated in a bomb blast.
Will the state name the culprits?

Sunni tehreek leadership has always been the prime target of these target killings. 50+ prominent sunni leaders from all across the country were killed in the karachi bomb blast several years back. they have openly declared the ttp a fitnah and issued a fatwa against suicide bomb attacks. for that they have payed a very high price

Siphai e Sahaba, one of the biggest terrorist organisation funded by certain elements are behind this, Lashkar Jangvi, Jaisha e Muhammad is their sister organisation. TTP has become the father organisation. Yes the bomb and assassination finished off ST leadership and made ST become extreme. It was the state responsibility to defend them but they didn't bother, then Masjids were over taken by terrorists but state laughed at them.

Might is right in Pakistan.

There is a state? :o:

ST was in frontlines against Wahabi terrorism that gripped the nation from the late 2000s to mid-2000s - so if someone is targeting them my guess is TTP affiliates
Its SSP, ASWJ, LJ, JM and TTP network. Without a doubt ST stood against wahabi terrorism but they lost all their leadership, then went aggressive in their nature. Its sad how the state doesn't help if your peaceful. People mock Mqm etc but they also faced similar situation and then went full on militant to counter these groups.

The state needs to stop support to all armed groups, stop playing dirty politics by provoking people, declare no party is allowed armed groups, mafias, gullu butts, this will atleast stop the killings, bombs, target killings.

There is a state? :o:
What else can I say? The reality is what your saying but am praying as a nation/state we should decide no type of militancy, violence is acceptable. People will continue to argue, hate but this killing must stop. No government/military organisation is allowed to fund/support any militias.

BRAILVY are killed by deobanddi and vice versa.Dont use name sunni none of them are actual sunnies most of them are Biddaty and call themself Big sunni
.The sect of muslims which more strictly follow sunnah are Ahlay hadees as per my own observations while living in and out of pakistan.Any how killing of muslim by a muslim is not acceptable and this type of target killing is a third party/country job to start unrest in pakistan.Rental killers are easily available here even our Mpas and MNAS are also but at high price tag.

Shias also say that.

Sipah e Wahhaba involved in terrorism with new name Ahle Sunnat Wal Jammat.
Absolutly a third party/country job other wise pakistanies are not intrested not involved and dont like such terrorist activities so dont play in the hands of our enimies they want this hatred and polarisation in our society.security forces must rise up and take swift actions to eliminate and eradicate this new threat before it is too late.Enimies dont want to see peace and prosperity in our country.

Ok thanks for your valuable information. So the sect you have mentioned follows those Muslims who came to Pakistan/India/Bangladesh 1000 years ago and they built centuries long empires like Mughal Sultanate, Delhi Sultanate, Bengal Sultanate etc.

The best way to find out who the terrorists and their sponsors are is to read about terrorism in Somalia, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Mali, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Nigeria etc. The terrorists have different names and tactics but their main ideology is the same, their sponsors, books, fatwas are the same.

Algeria is an interesting one, religious parties won the elections but army refused to give power, then for a decade they had a war, all terrorists groups were fighting the army on behalf of the religious parties lol. This same game is played in Pakistan, certain religious parties/organisations have alliance with the terrorists groups. In reality they are one, some preach, some are in politics, some play sweet and neutral, some are armed but their core is one.

Sunni Tehreek was fighting a turf war with establishment's B team, MQM...

In the 2000's and 2010's it was very convenient to blame MQM's handiwork on TTP, etc.

MQM is still ST's biggest rival in Karachi.

Shias also say that.
shias are not so innocent as well. there was an incident in bhakkar district few years back where sipah e sahaba was holding a rally and it was passing through a shia majority area and suddenly the shia people started firing at the rally killing many workers of sipah e sahaba. several workers of sipah e sahaba were kidnapped and many had their eyes gouged by the kidnappers. district administration had to impose curfew.
district chakwal, bhakkar and jhang are the strongholds of shia sect.

Why sipah e sahaba entered in Shia majority area?
