Im allergic to Dust... Have Asthma along with Post Nasal Drip due to sinusitis .. used to have such infections when young.. not recently.
It has gotten better apparently due to a regular dose of antihisthamines and self dosed Augmentin 325 mg at regular 8 hr intervals along with benzocain and tyrothricin lozenges.

It is however, still present.. as is dust in my room even after efforts to get rid of it.

Well have you tried taking your Antihistamine? And did it improve after using it?, And for what reason do you take Augmentin?
 
Thats me around 10 years ago now i don't take except Colloidal silver water .

Well have you tried taking your Antihistamine? And did it improve after using it?, And for what reason do you take Augmentin?

Took it, there was little improvement for three days regular dosage.. then I decided to use Augmentin because of my experience with its effectiveness against Sinus and Chest infections. Again, this is only because I simply did not have the time to visit a doctor here as it generally takes 3-4 hours minimum to be seen in the emergency clinic and appointments come after a week or so atleast.. time which I did not have to spare with academic schedule.

Okay here is a tip, do you have a fever? Do you have chills? Then taking anti-biotics is not going to help, you are just wasting money and providing whatever regular harmless bacteria a breeding ground for Resistance against it.

a professional advice , 90% of sinusitis don't need antibiotic , here we treat them with pseudo-ephedrin and nasal sprays like beclomethason and flouticasone also regular washing of nasal cavities with normal saline is good.
and making the environment a little humid will help also.

Antibiotic is reserved for people with sever tenderness of sinus and high fever
 
Because we have industrial pollution AIR,Under Ground water resources ,
Because of pesticide in agriculture polluting over water supply.
Because of preservative used in food industries.
Because of food we eat is malnourished like us gives us no energy.because of over farming and using modified seeds.

There have been several Nobel Prizes given to scientists who correctly identified specific vitamins, as they allowed thousands of people to avoid death from deficiencies simply by eating a certain food. Today vitamin deficiencies still occur in developing countries or in those who have restrictive diets, but centuries ago people lived in fear of these deadly deficiencies whose causes were unknown and seemed to affect people at random.

Beriberi is a disease whose symptoms include weight loss, body weakness and pain, brain damage, irregular heart rate, heart failure, and death if left untreated. It was endemic in Asia for a long time. Strangely, Beriberi occurred almost exclusively amongst the richer members of society, and was unknown in the poor. Although recognized to be a nutritional deficiency, doctors were baffled as to why wealthy people with plentiful and clean food would fall victim to beriberi whereas the poor with limited food did not. These is a proof that malnourished body is house of disease and in this age we are living our body is malnourished and that's why we see majority is suffering .If once's body own immune system is very strong and nourished properly that body is not easily get disease .
If we take subject A and Subject B in Subject A its Body is well nourished and immune system is @ optimum level and on other hand subject B which body is not nourished properly and immune system is weak ,when these both subject comes in contact with any virus the reaction will be different and the subject A will definitely fight the virus and subject B will get sick because of weak defense .

For example look @ Americans are overfed and undernourished. That's right, the most obese children and adults in the country are also the most nutritionally deficient
