Polish Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak recently shared a photo of Bayraktar TB2 Armed UAVs, saying, “Good news is coming soon… stay tuned!” he said.

Błaszczak’s new statements were shared by the Polish Ministry of Defence. according to the statements, Poland will buy 24 Bayraktar TB2 Armed UAVs with anti-tank munition. Błaszczak’s descriptions are as follows:

We negotiated a contract to purchase 24 Bayraktar TB2 Armed UAVs equipped with 4 sets of anti-tank munition. The first set will reach the Polish army within a year. The Polish Army must evolve with modern equipment. The security of our country must be ensured by a stronger and more equipped army. We are strengthening the Polish army with Bayraktar. A proven weapon is an effective weapon that deter the attacker. The Bayraktar contract also includes a logistics and training package, and there is an offset for service to be performed by the military company.”

Polish Defence Minister Błaszczak’s statement the day before brought criticism that Polish had local production UAVs and should be supported. Błaszczak ;

“Polish companies do not currently produce UAVs of this class purchased. If such a weapon is offered by the Polish arms industry, we should consider such a purchase. “
Statements of the Polish Defense Minister regarding anti-tank munition indicate that MAM-L ammunition developed by Roketsan will be exported along with Bayraktar TB2.

Błaszczak also noted the development of Turkey-Poland allied relations:

“We have a NATO mission in Turkey, in which Polish soldiers belonging to the Navy participate. We are in solidarity with our allies. Turkish troops will soon begin their Baltic Air Policing mission from the base in Malbork. Together we strengthen common security.
Bayraktar TB2’s success over 300 thousand hours and MAM-L and MAM-C munitions developed by ROKETSAN and the high success of thousands of targets in different geographies, especially Azerbaijan and Syria, played a big role in the export of this duo. This is the first time Turkey has exported UCAV to a NATO member country.

Congratulations turkey i hope shameless pak mili would learn something from turkish defense sector , dumb a$$ still working on the 3rd grade garbage after being remain victim of US drones for 2 decades

I have been telling folks for the last 2 years that Turkey has the 2nd best defense industry in the world when it comes to straight up qualitative.

Just look at how many customers it has now? My prediction is that during the 20s and 30s will be an era where most buyers 1st option will be to buy turkish tech weaponry and systems.

Everything they produce is top notch from 4'4s to minor things all the way upto Submarine killers subs.

Example the customer line is already filled up..

Hungary bought recently and got it delivered the best 4'4's armored vehicles and they have ordered more since.

Tunisa, Bangladesh, some of the Turkic council countries also are full time customers specifically Bangladesh has gone all in.. Including Pakistan is a full time customer and in line to purchase many things from Submarines, warships, drones, tanks, and helicopters. Indonesia and Malaysia are also full time future customers and expressed their desire.

You can add Qatar and Morocco as full time customers. Ukraine, Georgia, Hungary also customers plus Azerbaijan as the poster boy customer and markting chief.

UK is also a customer and wants to expand it's purchases and collab.

Future customers who have expressed interest and normalized ties with Turkey and will directly begin purchasing are the following KSA, UAE, other GCC members, Jordan and Egypt.

You got Poland and other NATO members have all expressed their desire to become customers.

You can already see the future picture is already painted. During the whole 20s and 30s Turkey will be getting nonstop purchase orders and delivering to the entire Mena region, Including Europe, South east Asia and far-east Asia
