It seems to be a Q-5 aircraft. Hopefully the pilot is safe.

Probably a Q-5 trainer.

A lot of the older planes like the J-7s, J-8s, and Q-5s are crashing recently. They need to be replaced soon.

Yeah, we need to replace all second gen aircrafts with the third gen aircrafts as the backbone of our air force, meanwhile the fourth gen aircrafts will become the elites.
 
Does military aircraft also equiped with black box?
 
Crashing is a necessary part of aircraft and air doctrine development.
