This is Anzhelika Tahir, the half-Pakistani half-Ukrainian beauty representing Pakistan at Miss World 2016 beauty pageant.

Anzhelika hails from Sheikhpura in Pakistan but grew up in Kiev, Ukraine.

I cant recall, but some time ago also also Miss Pakistan was a Canadian girl. Does Pakistan allow non Pakistani natives to take part in Miss Pakistan. I think in India, we do not. Only desi Indian girls. Though diaspora in different countries have like Miss India UK, Miss India USA, etc.
P.S. Just checked. Except for Aatka Feroz who was from the USA, all Miss Pakistans since 2003 have been from either Toronto, Mississauga, or Ottawa in Canada.
