Highly impressed by the performance of Wing Loong-II in PAF, effectiveness of long endurance in counter-insurgency operations was highly appreciated. In the same context, GIDS initiated the process of designing and manufacturing a Group-5 Dual Engine UAV

If Pakistan is satisfied with WING LONG II than better route will be to go for WING LONG III along with developing our own.

Get them with TOT.

A PAF Akinci-B HALE UCAV is seen on a Pakistani Airbase in a recent video released by PAF. Akinci B can be seen with 2 × 750hp engines and the video is about the meeting of Azerbaijani officials with PAF Chief.

GIDS have removed this product from its Road to Future list
So probably this project has been cancelled

Shahpar 3 will on par with most of our Chinese/Turkish origin UAVs so better stick with S3

kamakazi drones are best with 90% success rate
UCAV cannot be used against any army, they will be shot down eventually , 0% survival rate in 6 months

SHAHPAR III will be good but won't even come close to matching WING LONG III. WING LONG III will be a beast.

Other things come into effect as well. No need for WL3 when Akinci is already there. Shahpar is low cost MALE UAV which is perfect for its job.

Due to Indian Cold Start Doctrine, India has massive Armoured Fleet so there will always be some defence less points (Provided that indo Pak border is huge also) from where Shahpar can penetrate and carry out strikes.
So Shahpar 2B2 has the potential to become a true workhorse for Pak UAV fleet especially for surveillance (Surveillance is the key to counter CSD)
S3 will be a bonus and IMO should be primarily a EW/ECM version to provide ECM cover for S2 &TB2 given that Group 5 HALE project has probably been cancelled out.

Even if you would have used your brain a little you would have realized that there is indeed a another HALE UAV in addition to Shahpar3 also listed on the same GIDS page which has specs most similar to aksungur.
Shahpar-3 is not Aksungur but a smaller WL1D/CH4 class indigenous UAV
That HALE UCAV was primarily a surveillance focused asset.
Would have turned a true beast for intelligence gathering.

They removed it from list probably b/c:
1) Project cancelled in favour of Akinci or some other in-house project
2) Project continues but we will not export it so no need to put on GIDS web page

Akinci-B Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle at an operational PAF Base.Timely acquisition of a heavy weight category UCAV will give PAF a huge leap in counter insurgency capability. Moreover, it will also be integrated with main operational construct to engage main adversary

Has communication range of only 100km
Do not know how military will benefit of its full range of 500km with this small communication range.
Operating altitude is also higher (5km) may be to avoid detection by optical sensors
