You really can't beat Germany when it comes to quality of anything that comes out of that country. From electronics to automobiles to defense arms. Everything is top notch or up there with the best.

That all being said none of what the Germans make is cost effective. You have to dish out serious $$ if you want that level of quality and with how the Type 214 deal went i don't think Pakistan is really able to
