Hey, Rabindranath Tagore is as much Bangladeshi as much he is Indian. He may have lived few years in West Bengal but his house was in East Bengal, now Bangladesh. His house is still here in Bangladesh. He lived half of his life in East Bengal. His ancestors were all from East Bengal who migrated to West Bengal. So Bangladesh has more right to claim Rabindranath is more Bangladeshi than Indian. There was no Bangladesh during his time but there was East Bengal. So he is 'technically' Bangladeshi.

As for being threat for the region, you only need to look at all your neighbours and see if you have any conflicts with them?
