& am shocked abt low usage in srilanka cz of there higher literacy rate & comparitively good infastructure....

Latest number is 10.2 % for India . It should be much higher It is expanding rapidly though.Not good enough at all.

Pakistan's penetration rate is 15.5 % . Impressive

i think its only the first one if the second one is taken into consideration then it would be around 40%
