Publicily pakistan civil military leadership fiercely denounces the use of american's drones inside its territory.But privately officials on both sides speak of an understanding why the C.I.A run drone programn has been allowed to continue for so many years.US officials say targeted attacks are carried out based on local intelligence,often supplied by their pakistani counterparts.so such statement is totatly wrong.It is not possible for american to run drones for many years without pakistani government consent.
