This is the kind of incident that can seriously impact the endgame in Afghanistan, & the 'alliance' of the NATO & the Pakistan Armed Forces. This will not be taken lightly, & there will be serious ramifications for the NATO in Afghanistan for this, one way or the other.

Buddy practically it is not possible, as the USA never will extradite their army personnel. If those belong to some other countries in NATO also it is highly unlikely as they would like court marshal them, themselves.

It will be other story if they hand them over or not but Pakistan Army & GoP must demand strongly to hand over those murderers & also try to put strong pressure with help of China, Saudia, Russia, Turkey etc. Every 3-4 month after NATO merceneries comes & kill a dozen Pak Army soilders, PA must do something serious other wise they will be considered as a joke.

America is provoking Pakistan. Now if Pakistan retaliates, that would give America an excuse for air raids inside Pakistani territory.

I highly doubt the covert part buddy, Pakistan at this point of time doesn't need more headache. If found necessary you can always discontinue the diplomatic relations.
