I think they arrested Edwin Figarez kottapuram diocese ,he is music composer compsed many chrisitan devotional songs ,He raped a 14 year old girl several time exploiting her interest in music and when the case was filed he fled to UAE ,Congrats Kerala police for arresting him ,(I posted his look out notice in political corner) .... this is his twitter id
