First You need to put your economy on right track , get out of FATF , keep tab on extremist elements in your society who must be emboldened now because of success of taliban . It will take at least ten years to get your economy on right track , any misadventure before that will cost you dearly .

Hi, @GHALIB is not part of the IT Cell. He has looked closely at my impartial and more practical solution to Kashmir and agrees with it. This gives one a clue to his thinking.

ONLY solution for Kashmir issue to do referendum to decide by locals to which country they wanna join India or Pakistan or want a independent country free of both India Pakistan influence, that's only solution of Kashmir issue according to UN resolutions

That wouldn't be practical as it wouldn't be acceptable to the Indian Establishment which is the third party other than Pakistan and the India-administered Kashmiris.

Peaceful LOC is beneficial to both countries , only solution is acceptance of LOC as international boundary . Both countries will progress by leaps and bounds .
