kid this issue is from July 13, 1931 at that time even father of imran khan was not born . you guys are so short sighted and so close minded . kashmiris will keep fighting as they are doing since last 90 years
All dreams are not destined to be true , bangalis got their dream , balochs insurgents will never get it , same is with kashmiris .
So hindu majority from haryana, hiamachal and east punjab and west bengal refused to live in a muslim majority Pakistan and demanded partition of muslim league ruled punjab and bengal, but a kashmiri muslim majority is not allowed to demand anything and must live with india.

It is natural, a kashmiri muslman will always look towards Pakistan as his natural home.

Hindus never demanded to get out from sindh , balochistan , punjab , bengal , they always adjusted with muslims living in muslim majority states . Two nation theory forced them to run to india to save their lives , on the other hand hindus tried their best to keep muslims in india .they succeeded in keeping sizeable number of muslims in their secular state .

Well, he learnt wrong. If life is unfair and you know that it is your office which is doing you injustice you can approach your employee union and if there is none you can help establish one. If you see your country maintaining wrong political, social and economic systems due to which you also may find injustice done to you then you should not say "Life goes on", you speak of changing your country.
Your life consists of trying, jamahir. Your efforts will go on.

its not a dream its struggle of 90 years . do not go off topic

Apples are not oranges .

India has closed all political options for kashmiris and taken away the old guard which though Kashmiri, looked towards either India or Pakistan.

A more hardcore escalation with younger more ambitious Kashmiri leaders have taken up affairs in the valley.

This decade will be defining moment for the Indian union. Bengal will deliver the first blow.

Things will remain the same , few insurgencies will continue here and there , but majority area will be peaceful . One day both countries will accept LOC as international boundary.

Next day a new struggle will begin.

No government in Pakistan can undo the struggle initiated by the founder of the country.

Qayad i azam wanted peaceful relation with india , at the same level how canada and USA have . Some people say that he wished to live in bombay after retirement , he kept his jinnah house maintained in bombay for that purpose .
@jamahir sir has a good solution for kashmir problem which should be accepted to both countries .

That was till India usurped Kashmir by brute force.

United nations demanded a plebiscite in 1948, and India refused. Pakistan needs to up the diplomatic and military pressure on Kashmir. Step one should for the Kashmiris to hold their own vote for independence and further legitimise their struggle forfreedom.

United Nations Security Council Resolution 47
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

UN Security Council 47
Date21 April 1948
Meeting no.286
CodeS/726 (Document)
SubjectThe India–Pakistan Question
ResultAdopted
The United Nations Security Council Resolution 47, adopted on 21 April 1948, concerns the resolution of the Kashmir conflict. After hearing arguments from both India and Pakistan, the Council increased the size of the Commission established by United Nations Security Council Resolution 39 to five members (with representatives of Argentina, Belgium, Colombia, Czechoslovakia and the United States[1]), instructed the Commission to go to the subcontinent and help the governments of India and Pakistan restore peace and order to the region and prepare for a plebiscite to decide the fate of Kashmir.
Secondly, the Resolution recommended a three-step process for the resolution of the dispute. In the first step, Pakistan was asked to withdraw all its nationals that entered Kashmir for the sake of fighting. In the second step, India was asked to progressively reduce its forces to the minimum level required for law and order. In the third step, India was asked to appoint a plebiscite administrator nominated by the United Nations who would conduct a free and impartial plebiscite.
