R u drunk ?!

So you posted the Picture of Cockpit to give an idea of flight control system?

Thunder Over Dubai As First JF-17 Batch Is Completed
DUBAI AIR SHOW » 2013

The Sino-Pakistani JF-17 Thunder is being promoted as a capable yet affordable multi-role warplane.
November 18, 2013, 10:25 AM
Next month a ceremony will be held in Pakistan to mark the delivery of the 50th JF-17 multirole fighter from the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) factory at Kamra. The handover marks the completion of production of the first batch of aircraft for the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). Designed in China by Chengdu as the FC-1, the JF-17 Thunder is being jointly developed and marketed by the Chinese and PAC.

With the first batch completed, the Kamra factory is gearing up to begin Block 2 production, with a gap of a few weeks to reconfigure the assembly line to provide for the new version. Block 2 JF-17s differ by between 10 and 15 percent from Block 1 machines, with improvements implemented across much of the avionics suite. The most important difference is the addition of an air-to-air refueling capability.

Block 2 will cover a further 50 aircraft and will complete the current firm orders from the PAF for 100 JF-17s. However, the eventual force requirement is considerably greater as the JF-17 replaces the F-5, F-7 and Mirage in PAF service. The factory is currently producing at a rate of 16 aircraft per year, but can increase to 25 if needed. All JF-17s are assembled in Pakistan, but China retains around 40 percent of the total workshare.

The JF-17 partnership is currently in the process of defining what the configuration of the Block 3 production aircraft will be, with the main aim of enhancing capability. This may include new weapons, from both Chinese and other origins, and possibly new radar and engine. The JF-17 already has the SD-10 (PL-12) active-radar air-to-air missile, and other weapons are being explored. PAC claims that integration of new weapons can be accomplished in a quick and cost-effective fashion.

Chengdu has schemed a two-seat trainer version that may prove attractive to some customers. It is understood that the project remains an engineering study only for now, and any further development would depend on a customer requirement. Pakistan has no such need for a trainer for the time being, as it has found the JF-17 to be an easy aircraft to fly with an excellent human/machine interface. The development of capable simulators means that the conversion of pilots to the type can be accomplished without the need for a two-seater, even for ab initio pilots flying the JF-17 as their first operational type. However, the future development of a two-seat combat aircraft is a possibility.

Here at Dubai the JF-17 is being displayed daily by Wing Commander Ronald, commander of No. 16 ‘Black Panthers’ Squadron. PAC has sent three aircraft to the show to promote the JF-17 to potential buyers. The company suggests that there is a global requirement to replace up to 4,000 early-generation jet fighters, and it is pitching the JF-17 as a cost-effective aircraft that offers true multi-role capability. PAC reports that 11 countries are showing strong interest in the type.

Interestingly, CM-802AK(G) is a ground attack version of cruise missile not an anti-ship version (Which is CM-802 AK or AKK)
Confirmed that JF-17 is mated with C-802AK not AK(G). Click to Zoom the picture and you can see
C802AK written on the missile.

Plus also note the nose of CM-400AK(G) which is more pointy than the traditional C-802AK. This means it has more penetrative power (often required for stationary ground targets). So in my view, CM-400AKG is the work horse for Stand off/Strategic ground/Carrier strike while 802 will be main Anti-Ship missile.

Sir

C-802AK is a land attack variant(Not antiship)I can provide official chinese info regarding this from Last time dubai airshow

c-802a is the antiship variant of the c-802xx series

Cm-400akg has 2 variant, one as a land attack variant while the other with a different seeker to have the capability of hitting a slowly moving target Aka the Ashm Variant which Pakistan is all set to integrate with JF-17 or already done

The 400 kg CM-400AKG Wrecker is termed by CASIC as hypersonic since it can reach speed greater than Mach 5.5 at its terminal stage, and its guidance system includes GPS, onboard radar, and an image recognition system that can identify a specific target, it can also be pre-programed to destroy the ground targets with precision by uploading the digital imagery of the target or it can be re-targeted using its active radar seeker. Originally developed as an air-to-surface missile (ASM) against fixed and slow moving target, an anti-shipping missile (AShM) is also developed for Pakistan, which claims it as "an aircraft carrier killer". The two different CM-400AKG models can be easily distinguished by the difference between the arrangement of forward control surfaces of the two model: the AShM version has four short and smaller forward control surfaces, while the ASM version has four much larger forward control surfaces. Pakistan is the first export customer of CM-400AKG, deploying it on CAC/PAC JF-17 Thunder.

AVIC gives ranges of 100-240km for the two versions with their 150kg blast warhead or 200kg penetration warhead.

the guy in this video is thinking that the jet @ 8:44 is a F-18 super hornet lol. But guess what, tell me which jet is it?? :bounce:

its jf-17 for sure, good to see a low speed pass with airbrakes deployed.

this platform is slowly getting know internationally through these participation in air shows. What we need to do is to develop a video package from some live firing exercises and the operations in our tribal areas against terrorists. Also we need to start sending JF-17 in international exercises. There is nothing to fear about some small failures, even if there are a few things that might go wrong and bring embarrassment, on positive side they will help us learn as well. Everyone know how far we have came to get to this point and what JF-17 means to PAF. Let the plane get matures and tested. Participation in international exercises will help us improve on the system in next blocks and will also be a major marketing/promotion break through.

It is such a disappointment that our media always ready to pounce on any negative news will never tell us about anything good happening. :(

JF-17 Thunder brings laurels to Pakistan at Dubai Air Show 2013
DUBAI, Nov 18 (APP): Pakistan Air Force JF-17 Thunder displayed aerobatics at Dubai Air Show on Monday. A large number of people gathered to witness the eye catching manoeuvres of this latest addition in the inventory of Pakistan Air Force. These spectators appreciated the performance of PAF aerobatics team and gave them a thunderous applause, said a PAF press release.

JF-17 Thunder aircraft stands prominent in its own class of fighters. In the shape of JF-17 Thunder aircraft, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex and CATIC offer a cost- effective, highly potent, multi-role combat aircraft which is capable of meeting the challenges of present and future Air Power employment.

JF-17 Thunder is a multi-role, light combat aircraft that is equipped with a digital fly-by-wire flight control system that gives it the agility and lethality.

It has a complete glass cockpit, excellent man-machine interface and modern self-protection suite, which enhance combat potential and survivability of the aircraft.

It is equipped with fourth generation avionics systems, wide range of conventional & smart weapons, long range glide bombs, Beyond Visual Range and short range Air-to-Air missiles, Anti-Ship missile and Air-to-Surface missiles.
The aircraft requires remarkably short lengths of runway for take-off & landing, which offers flexibility of aircraft operations at short air strips.
