Two totally different things, the investigation committee that was set up by the government already did their testing and gave the report on the safety standards of the power plant. Funny thing is that people were not opposing it 10 years back when the construction started but now when its almost completed they have all these problems. Politics both local, and international with backing from foreign countries and agencies.

By the in terms of safety India and China are ranked close to each other
