So can anyone tell when did India go to International Court ?

Will not wish for it. Either he is rescued or ...

I for one will prefer a quick execution in the other case in case I was in his place. We know what Indian prisoners in Pakistan face. Insanity, conversion (this has precedence)... a death is a relief in comparison.

However this is still an interim stay order. ICJ needs to listen pakistan's side too before finalizing this decision.

Yes, we gave 5 main points regarding this case and for some time being all 5 points have been accepted by ICJ as an interim order. They need to listen pakistans version too before finalizing anything.
