Can India mount a US style operation which killed Osama bin Laden in Abbotabad or the Israeli attack which killed PLO leaders in Beirut in 1973?

Since Dawood is in Karachi, I think Indian commandos would have land in beachcraft and meet their contacts and then drive to Dawood's house and kill him.

But I doubt that India has the capacity to carry out such a daring raid.

No sir, the money speaks in this world now. We are giving Afghanistan the money and Iran is one of our major supplier of oil. Both want India as their friend. So does they want Pakistan. So I think they will remain as neutral as they can.

India don't want separate Baluchistan, as it is not possible considering our weak efforts, but unstable Baluchistan is still good for India. I think RAW should any how start building anti Pakistan faction in FATA etc. This is what strategists may be thinking.

Only way to keep Kashmir out of International scanner is troubled Baluchistan and Pakistan. Everyone will be thinking of those nukes and will be paranoid about proliferation if Pakistan goes into Chaos. India will try to create controlled Chaos and Anarchy.

Long before Israel or American did osama and PLO india did this successfully many times in initial days of till the birth of BD till the war started on dec 4th.Thats when west was against it and china breathing fire from north.I would say that india was able to soften up the target for whole 10 months with regular ingresses by ITBP to make IA to sprint through BD to Dacca.Otherwise achieving something like BD in just 2 weeks is impossible for even a country like usa.
