Here, nobody is forcing the other for any kind of aid.
If somebody can help me understand the details of the propaganda Indians have done to malign flood victims. At least this is what i hear from few here. Can somebody post details on them. so that its really clear if at all any propaganda was done. I failed to see any news article and only a few talking about it here with big words like propaganda without evidence is otherwise ridiculous.
