Generals Duffer Kyon Hein? | On The Psychology of Military Incompetence | Adil Raja Exclusive

Oh, he missed to call them Dangerous Duffers!!

The Psycho Analysis was just right, we need to know the psyche of them.
Better way will be to build a civilian base for every institution and then final blow to bureaucracy and military mafia.
We want to live a normal life.

The lesson from history is the folks never learn from history....

A man without the knowledge of history isn't truly civilized....

General Yakub was an educated person....

general wives have their balls in their hand squeeze it tight. no wonder generals are out of control and taking out their frustration out of on quam cos wife is the real general.
If a folk becomes a captain his wife behaves like a major....

If a folk becomes a 4-star general his wife behaves like a Marshal....

Reminds me of this quote from Harry S. Truman

"I didn't fire him [General MacArthur] because he was a dumb son of a bitch, although he was, but that's not against the law for generals. If it was, half to three-quarters of them would be in jail."

An operation 'searchlight' was needed for/against the military Inc. so as to let them see the reality, look for truth and reconciliation, retrospect and course correct.

So far everything was brushed under the carpet with free reign given to the military, the 71 debacle H. Rehman commission report shielded, this is like giving them a licence to plunder and go scot free, no questions asked and no accountability.

The reason fo the mess and the country at the brink.

Guys, hitting the military leadership is all ok but please refrain from hitting the lower level soldiers and officers.

Words like Napak Fauj should not be used. Please.

when army rangers and police taking orders from army are openlying breaking into homes, beating, kidnapping, torturing and even killing unarmed innocent civilians like Zilla shah then YES they deserve to be called Napak Fauj

When army and its ISI wing engage in blackmailing judges and politicians to gain favor via making compromising sexual videos all this in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, something the mafia might do, then YES they deserve to be called Napak Fauj

When the army births and nurtures the likes of Sharifs, Zardaris, and Fazlus, putting them in positions of power to loot and plunder as they please while shielding the public eyes away from their own corruption..then YES they deserve to be called Napak Fauj

Naming and shaming does makes a huge difference.

Sage, pragmatic and farsighted people when appreciated and acknowledged become more humble and modest with gratitude.

Low minded, small men in big offices Generals when appreciated and praised become more hot headed, egotistic, arrogant and megalomaniac, this is the case with military here. They are veritable 'small men in big offices'.

There was a thread here a few months ago,
regarding the report generated by American officers on Pak Army, and his time at Staff College Quetta.

He had made some very damning observations on the lack of free thought, and the "Sir Jee" culture.
maybe one of the mods can dig it up, @SQ8 or @WebMaster

That thread should be merged here, or at least a link posted, to give perspective.

You mean this book, I first read it when @Big Tank shared it two years ago.

I have yet to meet a fellow youthia who says the end result they are looking for is rallies and tweets. Those are just the means. (And they have worked well, I think you'll agree). Everyone is asking for elections.

That's how it's meant to be. You come up with an idea. You spread it until you have enough people backing it. Come to power via an election. Implement your idea/make the change. That seems to be the only way, short of armed insurrection. Idk if that's what you mean when you talk about creative method.
Well they think it should be Bengal rifles styles with humiliation and surrender largest one ever after WW2

If Civilians cant compete with Army owned businesses, thats on them. I'm all for keeping the army in the Barracks, but if they are productive and want to contribute to the nations GDP, good on them. Civilians need to up their game, afterall competition is good for the end user - us customers.

Are you dumb or what?

Why should there be competition when the military should be subserviant to the civilian government and answerable for all things under the constitution. And no they they arent productive. Anything they touch is toxic and is filled with corruption and shady deals.

Military should go back to what it does. Civilians cant compete? Lol. Do you even know there is a monopoly by the military in everything? FWO is awarded tenders without any research and merit.

I don't think you understand how mafias work.

what makes it worse, is that the west wrote shortcomings of the central authority and lack of initiative in iraq war as a contributing factor to iraqi loss. so despite beign western aligned they have a soviet style "ask the boss" command structure.
