Chinese technology is extremely environment-friendly as those technologies keep the plant non-operational for most of the time. Bangladesh should go for it.
That is a myth invented by inefficient Indian Mfrs. like BHEL etc. Chinese coal-fired plants have been problematic only with local Indian coal (see above). They run fine on high quality imported anthracite coal -which the Bangladesh clean-coal plant a Matarbari will use.
No amount of propaganda will dispel the fact that Chinese equipment is cheaper and more efficient than BHEL equipment.
Bhai - money talks. In India Adani, Lanco and all other large power producers are all opting for Chinese powerplants, almost nobody is buying BHEL. Please Google it.
