Exit from FATF is not end of Indian Lawfare against Pakistan | International Law expert explains

FATF is irrelevant as 50% of world will shift to Chinese/Russian financial model
No country can, will or should shift to the Russian model. If FATF is so irrelevant then why does a superpower like China not only follows its rules but strongly supports it as well?

Does Pakistan have any Sovereignty to begin with ?
When many incredibly prosperous and powerful European nations don't have complete sovereignty then how can poor little Pakistan attain it?

It has everything to do with terror financing - quoting Dawn -

Are FATF’s concerns regarding Pakistan about money laundering or financing of terrorism?

It seems FATF’s concerns are mainly regarding financing of terrorism.

The FATF’s public statement issued on 29 June, 2018 begins by saying, “In June 2018, Pakistan made a high-level political commitment” to “strengthen its AML/CFT regime and to address its strategic counter-terrorist financing-related deficiencies [emphasis added].”

This is also made clear when we look at the actions Pakistan is being asked to take to exit the list:

  1. terrorism financing risks are properly identified, assessed, and supervised;
  2. remedial actions and sanctions are applied in cases of money laundering and financing of terrorism violations;
  3. competent authorities are coordinating to identify and take enforcement action against illegal money or value transfer services;
  4. authorities are identifying cash couriers and enforcing controls on illicit movement of currency and understanding the risk of cash couriers being used for financing of terrorism;
  5. improving inter-agency coordination including between provincial and federal authorities on combating financing of terrorism risks;
  6. law enforcement agencies are identifying and investigating financing of terrorism and prosecuting related designated persons and entities;
  7. financing of terrorism prosecutions result in applicable sanctions and enhancing the capacity and support for prosecutors and the judiciary;
  8. effective implementation of targeted financial sanction against all designated terrorists;
  9. enforcement against financing of terrorism violations including administrative and criminal penalties and authorities cooperating on enforcement cases; and
  10. facilities and services owned or controlled by designated persons are deprived of their resources.
I would advise re-reading what i wrote.

It's not India's fault that Pakistan actively shelters militants to use in Kashmir, all it does is further muddy and destroy the Kashmir cause and dispute. GVS are a bunch of clowns, videos like this only scorn more ridicule and make them look like complete dunces. India is only taking advantage of the idiotic policies of the Pakistani establishment against their country, rivals naturally do that.
There is more evidence and a longer history of India sponsoring, training, and launching terrorists into Pakistan then the other way around going all the way back to muktis, to Baloch insurgency in the 70's, MQM from 80's to 00's as well as TTP and the resurgent Baloch militants currently.

So get off your high horse and drop this one sided hypocritical view of history and current happenings.

No there is not, the Muktis were a legitimate and legal resistance in accordance to the International Law. And there is no evidence of India sponsoring the TTP, there is not a shred of evidence of such. Even if India has trained said groups (which they didn't) they were more clever and subtle about it unlike Pakistan who openly allows militant groups that fight in India to operate on their soil, India is merely taking advantage of Pakistan's idiotic policies against them to pressure them. People like you can't decide whether the ISI is a "lumber one" agency or if India has simply bamboozled us and constantly gets us every time with their alleged "terror sponsorship".

Exit from FATF is not end of Indian Lawfare against Pakistan | International Law expert explains

This is for all the naive souls who completely discard or downplay the importance of getting out of FATF greylist.

Hassan Aslam Shad, International Law expert explains why Pakistan's exit from FATF is not end of Indian lawfare against Pakistan. Today's battles are not necessarily fought by soldiers on battlefield but law forums are increasingly used. Pakistan has been put on FATF grey list twice and black list once earlier. Onsite visit is a procedural requirement however if international community wants to put Pakistan under pressure it can find another reason. Geopolitical factors play an important role in international lawfare that can be used against any country. One example he shares is how China has managed to use lawfare

May be I'm still missing your point - below is what you wrote, which is squarely in contrast to what Dawn wrote and I quoted.

"FATF is not just about that and Pakistan being in the grey list has nothing to do with terror financing if that was TRUE....."

Not many in PDF take dawn seriously, just like other media outlets they have always tried to peddle own agenda
