No I was referring g to Bhutto and NAWaz family and yes during the army rule corruption goes down but these families prospered and got rich because of their covert support for dictators .

On contrary, report has acknowledged & appreciated NAB's effort to recovered Rs 153 billion, therefore, this report doesnt make much sense.

More to the point, how transparency international has come to this conclusion? Have they done any survey?

To me, this report reflects perception than actual facts.
