Featured Azerbaijan and Pakistan JF-17 negotiations

The negotiation is highly political. Azerbaijan may not risk relation with Israel by buying JF-17 from Pakistan which is enemy of Israel.
Pakistan and Israel have really no animosity on an official level, they simply ignore each other’s existence. There are plenty of countries who have bought stuff from both Israel and Pakistan, even Turkey comes to mind.

Azerbaijan is also considerably more Pro-Pakistan than it is Pro-Israel. Why would Israel care what Azerbaijan buys anyways? They are of no strategic importance to each other. Azerbaijan buying from Pakistan doesn’t effect Israel one bit, or Vice versa.

As usual you have a highly uninformed opinion, please refrain from commenting on things you don’t know anything about (which means basically anything on this forum).

Why would Israel be mad at Azerbaijan for buying JF-17? Pakistan and Israel aren't at war with each other, both countries just ignore each other's existence.

As PDFians we are waiting for more Pics of Block 3, but behind the closed doors to other countries the block 3 is impressing a lot as many of them waiting until the first look of B3 and now orders are keep coming.

Thunder is perfectly suited for the geographical needs of Azerbaijan. Its a small sized country. Thunders can easily fulfill the requirements of Azerbaijan while being cost effective.

Azerbaijan and Pakistan JF-17 negotiations
Representatives of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) said at IDEAS-18 that all existing problems related to the export of the plane to Azerbaijan were resolved and the tests of the JF-17 Block II configuration requested by Azerbaijan were completed. The Azerbaijani Air Force had been waiting for this version to be used by the Pakistan Air Force for some time. The Block II version, which has been used by the Pakistan Air Force for a while, has proven itself after its use.

One of the major advantages of the Block II version is its ability to refuel in air. The Block II model also features improved avionics, improved load carrying capacity, data connectivity and electronic warfare. The Azerbaijani side is currently reviewing both Chinese and Italian production AESA radars for use in the JF-17.

And the piece of s**t zaleel insan zardari tried his best to stop this amazing project.

Israel steal Iraq Mig-21 and managed to know all it's spec which allow mirage III to defeat it easily despite being less maneuver. Pakistan and Israel never establish ties and that is considered hostile. Israel will always prepare the day , it need to face Pakistan over religion and Palestine issue. Not to mention indian being factor in.
Many years ago, on this forum, there was an unsourced disclosure by senior poster/s (Munir, I think, may he rest in peace) about Pakistan sourcing wing-join technology from a middle eastern country with which Pakistan was unfriendly. The guess was that the country in question was Israel.

Israel does not figure at all into Pakistan-Azerbaijan relations. If in doubt, Pakistan can ask for additional measures for safeguarding against potential espionage. BTW, JF-17 is not a high tech super plane. It is an affordable numbers-oriented combat aircraft with quick turn-around & high sortie rate, meant to disallow IAF's numbers advantage & discourage adventurism. There is no need for paranoia about its technology. I guess potential adversaries have already modelled & simulated its flight characteristics. This is no big deal.

Regardless of whether it is high tech or not, this is going to be our mainstay fighter for defensive as well as offensive operations, enemy finding out about its strengths and weaknesses, radar range and frequencies, missile ranges and their attack profiles would enable the enemy to devise countermeasures and counter-tactics thus making it vulnerable and ineffective.

Are you saying that Azerbaijan will provide all this information to Israel? What sort of baseless fear is it that has reared its head in midst of speculation about a possible sale to a strategic ally?

If Israelis must, they would try to get this information from Pakistan itself. Why would Azerbaijan give such information willingly to an outsider force when Azerbaijan could itself also possibly be hurt from disclosure?

I am not saying anything just responding to the highlighted part in your earlier post
