Army Education Corp, function and physical standard to join??

Salaam to All,
Sir can anyone tell me what is function of AEC (Army Education Corp) ?
I have done BS CS and want to join AEC,
2nd what is physical standard for it, especially chest expansion?

Standards= Same as rest of the army.
Function= It is useless and is in the process of disbanding.
