Am I eligible to apply?

Assalam o Alaekum,
I applied for the 119 long course and went kohat for the ISSB. Unfortunately Rejected.
Then I applied for the ICTO post in November 2012.
Initial test passed.
Personality test/Interview failed. (Which was supposed to be the alternative of ISSB).
But after the final medical test of the passed candidates, Army conducted their ISSB for unknown reason.

Now i want to know that can i apply for the 3rd chance or not?

First of all what is ISSB and ICTO? If your age is still between the required candidate ages, I think you still have the chance. I don't know the system but. It maybe done in international standards. If that so, I may be right. good luck

u shud apply 4 third time if u still fail then all u need is PRAYERS
