Thirty officials of the North Korean regime who were involved in talks with South Korea have been executed or died in "staged traffic accidents," according to a human rights report.
In its annual study, Amnesty International claim

ed that in addition to the 30 who died in purges last year, a further 200 were rounded up in January this year by the State Security Agency as Pyongyang carried out the transfer of power from Kim Jong-il, who died of an apparent heart attack in December, and his 29-year-old son, Kim Jong-un.

Of those 200, Amnesty said, some were apparently executed and the remainder were sent to political prison camps. The gulag system presently contains an estimated 200,000 people in "horrific conditions," the group said.

How does Amnesty know?

South Korea has an extensive spying network in the North, so information most likely come directly from them.

China has launched a crackdown on illegal immigration in its northeast region bordering North Korea, state press said Friday, in a campaign apparently targeting both North and South Koreans.

China already rescinded the repatriation of NK refugees.

NK is a One Crazy country ... every Country in the World should Collaborate to Pull down the NK regime ...

China already rescinded the repatriation of NK refugees.

Local authorities was once sympathetic to these refuges and at one time there was around 300,000 NK refugees in Northeast China. Then one crazy family, with the help of some so called SK human right group, decided to raid Japanese embassy in Beijing to have two minutes fame and make this thing internationalized.

It is the exact "human right" group that should be blamed for the tougher situation now. It is amazing they still have the gut to tell Chinese government to change the policy.

I do hope police have some leniency on unmarried girls...

Not every country...China is enough, but PRC will not let NK fail no matter what and NK knows it.

First you've gotta have the balls to let go of the past for the better of the future. It's funny because China is now realizing that the north doesn't give 2 shits about the Chinese and were just using them for their own crazy agendas.

Bcs the student has learnt well from the master. If the book 'Mao, the unknown story' is to be believed, Mao used the same tactics against USSR during the 1950s.

Let's put it this way. A certain country in a certain region in 1967 did something very very bad to it's ally's ship resulting in 10's of casualties. Nothing happened and it got increased support.

North Korea hasn't even come close.

Now realizing? China has known this for a while. I'm guessing these officials were not emotional enough at the funeral.

if only US learned to punish inept and corrupt officials like that, then we wouldn't have heard of the massive pentagon corruption involving smuggling chinese made parts by american procurers. and if only india learned to punish corrupt high officials like that...i should sooner wish myself to be the world's richest man with the world's most beautiful wife, hahahahahaha

but different varians are really just two peas in a pod

It is hard now days to believe some of the international organizations. The world is being driven by hidden agenda and superpower countries. These reports which could be true, seem to focus on selected countries and leave some others doing what they want.
