In other western Countries, to project a positive spin on Govt policies which might come under scrutiny and or to counter negative propaganda there are properly funded, structured and guided setups for this purpose...you do understand that propaganda is part of information warfare and it is used quite intelligently as I am sure you are aware of.

Yes it happens in developed countries but I doubt that our civilian leadership has the capacity of understanding such affairs.

Yes thats a very good development.Or young generation is becoming more and more aware of the world affairs,geo-politics as well as of the propaganda warfare that our enemies have waged on us in the cyber space.And they are doing whatever they can to counter it.But we need to make the govt realize the importance of cyber warfare so that they can fund a counter to it properly.
