To disrespect Khurshed Shah is Kufr !

the authenticity of this hadit is disputed. Prophet Muhammad PBUH's daughter never left home. only time she did was when she was married to Hazrat Ali r.a , so how could she commit theft even hypothetically?

secondly it indirectly meant that her upbringing was lacking which is unthinkable for a Prophet PBUH and and her daughter he called Syeda t' Nisaah Al Alammen.

that said, everyone is equal syed or no syed. and those who use such excuse are insulting the Prophet Muhammad PBUH.

The hadith is in relation to an incident where a woman of nobility called Fatimah was caught stealing. Some people interceded on her behalf asking for clemency. To that, the Prophet (saw) responded by saying that even if his own daughter, Fatimah, had committed the crime, the hudud penalty would still be enforced.

The hadith in no way casts any doubt upon the character of Fatimah, the daughter of Muhammad (saw). Indeed, she was honoured by him in another hadith as one of the four greatest women of all time, the others being Mariam, Asiya, and Khadijah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon all of them.

In rural areas of Pakistan people will worship his kind and kiss his hands. Seriously guys go in a Sindhi village and say you are a Syed, they will literally become your slaves.
dont give LeJ another excuse to kill the syeds.
Sindhis just worship their feudal lords syeds or non-syeds.
lets keep our criticism and condemnation strictly to Khurshid shah and not become self appointed advocates of the executioners who chased Muhammad PBUH's family from Hijaz to south east Asia.

Agreed. But I believe LeJ is currently too busy killing Shia ''kafirs''.

I thanked you for your praise of respected ladies.
I am aware of the back ground story attributed to this hadith but it has been misused by the enemies of Islam to mock the family of Prophet Muhammad PBUH. I will let this discussion pass now . if I can I will explain in private what I meant.

lets stay on topic. Khurshid Shah has a lot of allegations on himself and how he mocked the Mohajir community was unbecoming of a decent person let alone someone who demands to be respected just because he is a Syed. and when he was responded he / his suppoerters came up with this ridiculous banner.

that is true but they have also recently in past ten years tasted the blood of the sunni majority as well.
the people who abducted and killed COl Imam for example called themselves Lashker Jhangvi al Alami (refer to one video message by Col Imam during his captivity before his brutal execution). Col Imam was a Sunni and a beloved master , mentor of Afghan Mujahideen.

1. That would be incorrect to say that she never left home. How do we know that and is this even possible? It was Mohammed's (PBUH) house not a dungeon where his children were not allowed to leave.

2. There is no hadith that is authentic because they were not written down in the time of Mohammed (PBUH) and compiled much later (after 200 years) and as narrations and not as the exact words of Mohammed (PBUH). Therefore every hadith should be tested against Quran and logic.

3. The hadith quoted is repeatedly mentioned in several texts and it simply implies one thing i.e. equality before the law. Since this implication is not against Quran (which also talks about equality before law), it is acceptable and can be used as support statement.

stop being slaves people of pakistan.

Seen this kind of thing in UK as well where people bend over backwards for these so called peers, all down to lack of knowledge of Islam.

you are talking about Sihah Sitta, even before them there were compilations that used to be kept in Masjid e Nabvi, and were taught to people who had not seen the time of Prophet.
