Go check what's Indian Army reserve numbers in any sites.

And the most of "group of armed pakistanis"are fighting against pak army only not india as you thought earlier. They are giving you a bloody nose.

We are talking about raise it from the common Pakistanis

You should also know that Pakistans arms per capita of only the legally registered arms is 20-25/100persons,and we know that the legally registered are not even 10% of the total.

it will be a war between the common people of pakistan and trained indian army as we know once we overcome your army.you people will give up and never fight back considering your history based off give up concept

It takes 4 yrs and not two to train a regular army officer/s

But a militia like the one Pakistan boast off ..has no formal training, their only competency is ability to fire small arm.

If thats is training one is looking for, that can be done in matter of days...from the govt itself...much more organised and effective that way.

At height of world war 2, Soviets sent millions of new drafts to the frontlines, who had no training whatsoever.. and it was these recruits that won them the war.
The soviet resource which won them the war was its unlimited manpower.

As you come from a segregated in monoethnic societies, you can not even begin to fathom what is it to live with unity in diversity.

Indian muslim's(or any other Indian minorities) love for their nation and their homeland, will always be an enigma to you.

Kashmiris are everywhere in the world now, they have strong links, rich community...

And there is no Indian borders at all, it is called L.O.C,...Line of Control.

You must be reminded that on both side of LOC Kashmirs live, Kashmiri families live, they have relationships, family, cousin links both sides, so if India kills one, the rest of family stands up to kill Indians, and in that case, those disgruntled Kashmirs whose families members India kills want revenge, and for them Kashmir independence struggle is the only way now...even I shout at them to stop doing that, they just wont listen to anyone.

Indian brutalities has repercussions, and in Muslim societies they never forget them, unless equal revenge is seeked.

So you hardly trust your army. It is evident that the idea of strategic depth once Pakistan cuts I to two. We have a professinal army . No need of civili an fighters. Only countries like Pakistan Syria and yamen needs such stuff. We like an engineer at home rather a ak 47 holding fighter.
