indian culture is too complicated to follow

In Pakistan no one will dare harass women in public without causing a scene and drawing white knights to their rescue. This doesn't happen much in the west You have to call the police which takes time.

However when it comes to dressing you have more freedom in the west.

48% of Indians are female, 20% are below 10..and around 10% are too old, so no way that every Indian is a "rapist".

While, inversely , on the other end, every one is a potential terrorist, even child suicide bombers and bearded mullahs.
